From Women’s Suffrage to Running for Office, and Beyond is two days of collaborative programming by the Greensboro Public Library and the Greensboro History Museum, Friday 8/28-Saturday 8/29. Sessions include a live conversation with comedian, actress and activist June Diane Raphael and Kate Black, former chief of staff at EMILY’s list, authors of “Represent: The Woman’s Guide to Running for Office & Changing the World” plus a webinar on “Reenvisioning the 19th Amendment,” a panel about voting access and voting rights and more.
