October 2:                       Book: The Carolina Table, edited by Kenyan Randall. Discussion Leader -Cherrie Wheaton. This is the One City/One Book title for 2023 currently being promoted by the Greensboro Public Library – Food tales by NC authors (Discussion Leader – Cherrie Wheaton)

November 6:                   Book: Just Mercy by Bryan Stevenson  (Discussion Leader – Roddy Hurewitz)

December 4:                   Book: Bewilderment by Richard Powers (Discussion Leader – Wendy Gaffney)

January 8:                        Book: Book of Hope by Jane Goodall (Discussion Leader – Laura Tew)

February 5:                     Book: Rules of Civility by Amor Towles (Discussion Leader – Peggy Knox)

March 4:                          Book: The Light We Carry by Michelle Obama (Discussion Leader – Everlena Diggs)

April 1:                             Book: The Wind at My Back by Misty Copeland (Discussion Leader – Jane Terwillegar)

Note:

1. All our titles this year will be provided by the Greensboro Library Book Collection sets. We should have the next month’s book available at each of our meetings. Please plan to turn in your current book when our meetings adjourn, so we can return our library book set on time.

2. Our meetings are normally scheduled on the first Monday of the month at 1:30 PM. However, the September meeting is a week later (9/11), as the first Monday is Labor Day. In January, the first Monday is New Year’s Day so we will meet Jan. 8.
