2nd annual “Phenomenal Women in STEM” – Women in Apprenticeship Day Celebration. National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) is a nationwide celebration where industry, workforce, education and government industries come together to showcase the value of Registered Apprenticeship. Celebrating dynamic Women in STEM and Apprenticeships.

  • Dr. Danielle Harrison – City of Greensboro, Interim Executive Director of Workforce Development
  • Dr. Holly Pore – Guilford County Schools, Executive Director of Career and Technical Education Keynote speaker:
  • Dr. Sherine Obare, Dean of the Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University
